Tigard Basketball Association (TBA) offers a recreational basketball program for Tigard youth grades 3 through 12. The program is open to all children within the City of Tigard and/or the Tigard-Tualatin School District. TBA seeks to promote physical fitness and to teach good sportsmanship, fundamental skills and basketball rules in an environment that encourages fun and full participation. Established in 1981 Tigard Basketball Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation registered in the State of Oregon. It is a 501(c)(3) public charity.
The business and affairs of the Tigard Basketball Association (TBA) are managed by the TBA Board of Directors. The board's volunteer members are elected by the TBA general membership at its annual meeting. The TBA membership and board are governed by the TBA By-Laws and TBA Policies and Procedures.
TBA is an all-volunteer organization. We are actively seeking new volunteers to help us continue offering a quality recreational basketball program for the youth of Tigard.
